Export table data using 'PDF all page' and 'Excel All Page' makes Page unresponsive

Am using Datatable Version v1.10.11 in angularjs project. I have loaded JSON Array as a Data . The Problem is while export 3000 rows as PDF or Excel , browser become unresponsive , which force me to kill the page. I have read all related discussion. but i couldn't find the solution. So Kindly help me as soon as possible.Thanks in advance
