Strange things are happening in IE when I use the sScrollXInner parameter.
For one thing, the footer jumps down and an extra header appears when I click on a paging link.

I've also had problems dynamically adding classes to tr elements (footer jumps down again), but I could not recreate that on live.datatables.net.
