How to add line break in cell contents

Greetings,

How do you add a break in the contents of the cell? I want to display items on two separate line within a table cell. I tried \r\n but it doens not break and
displays "
"

I am using DOM data and aoColumns

You do it just like you would in a regular table - i.e. with a
. If
is showing then something somewhere is escaping your HTML tags, but DataTables doesn't do that, so I would suspect its being done in your data source.
