How to create only one filter for one column?

Hi,
I am looking for this example which is what I need:

but I don't want all of the columns to be filtered. only one column.
please advise.

hello megetron,
i suppose you could use the column filter plugin by jovan popavic,
there you can make all the adjustment on which rows need to be fileterd and which to be not.
