Multiple Column Filter with different controls

I have table with 5 columns. i want to keep individual column filters for 3 columns. one with text and second one no filter, third one with date range, fourth one no filter and fifth one with dropdown box,
I saw example for all text box filters and all dropdown filters. I do not see any with mixed filters.
Can anybody guide me where do i see the example related to my question.

Allan, Can you please help me in this. And also can i place the filters where ever i wanted? instead of header or footer
