Recalculate Column total after show and hide columns dynamically

Hello there, my dynamic tables last column [Total] is used for summing values in rows, 10 | 25 | 11 | 36. I have used your plugin to hide the columns but the total stays the same, is there a method to update the last column to reflect the columns that are visible, in above example 10 | 11 | 21?

According to Allan (in http://datatables.net/forums/discussion/9855/get-hidden-column-value-and-omit-click-on-first-column/p1), http://datatables.net/ref#fnGetNodes should get you the visible nodes only, maybe use that function to calculate totals?
