how to push setting to datatable after initialization ? eg: load some tabletools buttons after datatable initialization?

Typically you cannot do that - initialisation settings are set at initialisation time. TableTOols is a little bit of an exception as you can create new instances like this: http://datatables.net/release-datatables/extras/TableTools/alt_init.html
