State saving scroller with server-side processing

Hi, i refresh my datatables with server side processing every x seconds (calling fndraw on my table) but when i do this, my vertical scroll move, and it's a bit annoying for user. I've seen the bStateSave but it doesn't work with my refresh, is it possible to save scrolling position or disabled scrolling position redrawing?
I just want my table refreshing without my scroll moves.
