Include ColVis in TableTools button bar

Hi,

I'd like to fully include the "ColVis" activation button (ie. the button for "Show/Hide columns") into the TableTools button bar. Right now I use both ColVis and TableTools and have them positioned next to each other. This looks rather weird because they use different button styling (coloring, shadows,etc) and different button heights. Since TableTools is a powerful button bar I consider it a good solution to integrate the button for ColVis into TableTools. Can this be done, and if so: how ?
