How to edit sorting rules?

Hi all and sorry for the bad title. I would like to change the way to sort cell text. Here is an example:

Column values:

798654
589600
5460035
604882
600355

and if I look for "600" I would like it to return firstly those words which has the same starting string, and then the other results:

600355
5460035
589600

How can I do?
