checkbox option

I am looking to create a table with one of the column containing a checkbox option.

I am using this table as an input form. The checkbox is needed so the reader can indicate by clicking the checkbox.

I am a newbie in this area. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using sDefaultContent or mRender to create the checkbox? Or just put the checkbox into the table like you with with any HTML table.
