Column names at top and bottom of table

I see some of your examples have the column names at the top only and some have top and bottom. I've looked at the source code, but can't figure out which option allows this.

I just realized this looking further at the example code. My table is built using MVCContrib Html.Grid.

I just assumed it was a DataTables option for some reason. I've inherited this code. I have no idea how to add a footer to the grid. Their documentation seems to be lacking. Now I have to figure out DataTables and the grid. Fun!
