Sample code & "JQ Column Filter - Integration w/ fixed header plugin for DT"

First off, thank you for this wonderful tool.

I am a noob to DataTables. I am only 4 years in to my career as a web developer. JavaScript is not my strongest point, it is not my weakest either.

I am wondering if there is a way to obtain the sample code for the examples shown here: http://jquery-datatables-column-filter.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/fixedHeader.html

I understand that the "initialization code" is posted, but when I am combining options, I am not always sure where to drop the code. Furthermore, these 3 examples combine "JQuery DataTable Column Filter" and "Fixed Header Plugin for DataTables."

I have read the "Usage" section, that has helped some. I am sure, that like me, many other noobs rely on altering the examples to learn about a specific application.

Right click and select "view source" :-)

I would say that that plug-in is third party and not part of the DataTables project though. It is not something I can offer support for in these forums.
