I have been using datatables for sometime now and considering using it for a new project but everything seems to have gone eerily quiet at the datatables website/github.
Both the last blog update and last version 1.9.4 were around 10 months ago now, has the project been dropped?

(part of an on going change to the build structure of the script).
1.10 is coming along really nicely. Its almost feature complete now and I've switch recently to rewriting the examples. Then its on to the documentation and the web-site.
Also, if you look at the forum, you'll see I post on a daily basis.
The blog has fallen behind, and I had hoped 1.10 would have been finished a little while back, but I've had to concentrate on contracting work to keep the pennies rolling in to pay for DataTables development!
So long story short - absolutely not. DataTables has had a lot of work done on it recently, a lot going on and the is lots more coming. 1.10 is going to be a really exciting upgrade (imho).
