FixedColumns 2.0.3 scrollbar exceeds table width in IE8
Hello.
While testing the following FixedColumns bug has appeared in IE8 where the horizontal scrollbar exceeds the table width while scrolling. See image:

I am sorry beforehand that I cannot provide you with a test case. Here is the same table

only without the styling applied but I am unable to reproduce the problem with it.
Perhaps, you have encountered this problem before or might give me a hint on how to fix it :)? It only happens in IE8.
