TableTools & ColVis Error Message

I have implemented the tabletools and colvis plug-ins on many of my pages, and i am using the latest versions of datatables & the plug-ins. On all my pages using the same JavaScript and CSS files, i get no error. However, on one of the pages i get a JavaScript pop-up error asking me to use colvis version 1.7 or later followed by a pop-up error asking me to use TableTools 1.9 or later.

Why am i getting this error only on one page even though i am using the same CSS/JavaScript header files on all pages??

Can you link to a test page showing the issue please: http://datatables.net/forums/discussion/12899/post-test-cases-when-asking-for-help-please-read . I'm afraid I don't know what the issue is without being able to see it. My only guess is that jQuery is being loaded twice - but I don't know :-).
