Empty space for IE between thead and tbody when vertical scrolling is enabled

Hi,

When I enable vertical scrolling, I am seeing empty space between and thead and tbody with IE9, quirk mode, the more rows the table has, the bigger the empty space. Chrome and FireFox appear to be fine. Also IE9 Standard mode is ok, only Quirk mode has problem. I created a page:
