Sorting table with JAWS

When I am using JAWS and I sort a table. Why does JAWS start reading the first row of the sorted table, although focus is still on the header cell that I clicked to sort? This happens with the zero config example on the site http://datatables.net/release-datatables/examples/basic_init/zero_config.html

Thanks!
Jon

The table (in 1.9-) has a live alert role on it, which is why this is happening. In 1.10 the live alert role has been moved to the table information element which is much more polite! 1.10 is in development, but you are welcome to use it (feedback is welcome :-) ).
