sType alt-string for random number of columns

I am using datatable sort plugin for sorting images using their alt attribute. It is working absolutely fine but the problem comes at time of declaring number of columns in initialization of datatable. In one of my page, number of columns is random so i can not write code for initializing fixed, since number of columns may be changed.

Please help, I kinda stick on this point.
