k here we go... my chrome's console error message in the topic above.. i have bootstrap and x-editable plugins.. im stuck for a day now.. kindly help
$(document).ready(function() {
var aSelected = [];

oReserveTable = $('#tableReservations').dataTable( {
"bProcessing": true,
"bServerSide": true,
"bRegex": true,
"bSmart": true,
"aaSorting": [[7,'desc']],
"bFilter": true,
"sAjaxSource": "Reserve_processing.php",
"fnRowCallback": function( nRow, aData, iDisplayIndex ) {
if ( jQuery.inArray(aData.DT_RowId, aSelected) !== -1 ) {
$(nRow).addClass('row_selected');
}
}
} );
oReserveTable.fnSetColumnVis( 8, false ); // hide column 8
oReserveTable.fnSetColumnVis( 9, false ); // hide column 8
oReserveTable.fnFilter(foo ,8); // set key
oReserveTable.fnFilter('N' ,9); // set key

/* Click event handler */
$('#tableReservations tbody tr').live('click', function () {
var id = this.id;
var index = jQuery.inArray(id, aSelected);

if ( index === -1 ) {
aSelected.push( id );
} else {
aSelected.splice( index, 1 );
}

$(this).toggleClass('row_selected');
} );
});
k i have replace 'live' with an 'on' and error's gone. however, my datatable isn't editing.. and also my table is a 'view' table, is that the reason why it isn't editing?
