TinyMce and HighCharts not working inside new/edit form

Hello

I'm trying to set up a tinymce editor in new/editor form, I've set up the plugin, nothing happends, no error, no tinyMce, nothing, any suggestion?

Also trying to setup a highcharts chart inside the form, with the same result, help needed if possible
