Reinitialization for fixed header

Sir, I am using fixed header plugin for datatable. When I am reinitializing the datatable it gives me following error. When i removed Fixed header option theres no error. Can you please help me. I think due to fixed header it wouldn't get that column to datatable during destroy event.

Errors :
TypeError: oCol is undefined
var nOrig = oSettings.nTableWrapper.parentNode;

TypeError: oSettings.nTableWrapper is null
var nOrig = oSettings.nTableWrapper.parentNode;
