Export doesn't work in IE

Hello,
I have an issue with exporting my Database to Excel in IE. I have used different version of IE 9,10,11 but still the same problem. Unfortunately I inherited this project and I have been assigned with the task of making it work. I am a newbie to jQuery and Javascripting so any help would be appreciated.
