I see that setting bStateSave to true and DataTables will remember last user settings.

But is it possible to remember only some fields of search instead of all?

I want to keep in memory only the "show X results" and nothing else.

So I don't have any power on what is remembered by bStateSave? Could I customize the cookies saved in the browser?
