I'm working on a dashboard with lot of rows but only limited vertical space. To overcome this problem I would appreciate an endless "loop mode" that continuously visualizes the rows (e.g. marquee like). Maybe it's already possible but I don't know the trick!

That's not possible in DataTables at the moment, and to be honest probably won't be for a long time to come, unless yourself or someone else wants to implement it :-)
