Sorting does not work after Print when using sScrollX

I have the Print functionality enabled on my DT as well as sorting. I have found that when I select to print and hit ESC to go back to the DT, the column sorting no longer functions. Non of the table headers are clickable. This occurs when I have sScrollX = 100% since I have several columns in the grid and I need the horizontal scroll. This works fine in FF, but the issue I have is in IE 8.

I am using DataTables 1.9.4 and TableTools 2.1.5.
