I've reported the exact same bug on the Announcements page. It was the wrong place to do it and I should have created a thread as you did. Anyway, allan put a comment stating that he will fix it.

So the problem was that I hadn't pushed an update for the integration plug-ins out to giithub - sorry about that!

The example in the "examples" section is still a little broken, although only in the header styling due to a conflict between the site's default styling and the jQuery UI styling. I'll look at that shortly, but if you follow the manual page, hopefully you should be okay!
