Dynamic 'aoColumnDefs' / 'aoColumnDefs' assignment in 'fnServerParams'

Is there still no capability of implementing a dynamic creation of 'aoColumnDefs' object?
especially in the case where server data returns ('fnServerParams')?

i need to implement a flow where i cannot predict the number of returned columns from the server and apply the changes on the existing datatable.
