Datatables.api().ajax.reload() not cause table to refresh my location of scrolling

I am using datatables to provide information. However, because of how often I refresh the data, the user will be pushed back to the top of the screen when I refresh the data, if they have scrolled down to the bottom of the list. How do I keep the datatable from resetting where the user is at scroll-wise.
