ColReorder does not work when I set saveState to true

Hi Allan,

I am trying to use ColReorder. When I set saveState to false, it works great. However, when I set saveState to true, it doesn't work anymore (I cannot drag columns headers anymore). Is this expected?

OK, I found this issue: https://github.com/DataTables/ColReorder/issues/16

Now I have just loaded nighly built of Datatables and now ColReorder doesn;t work in any case no matter which is the value of saveState.

OK...If I use the nighly build...it does not work at all, as I said. But if take the 1.10 release and I just do the changes as provided in the git changes of issue 16, it does work.
