Can you reinitialize a datatable.

Java Developer

I am using jQuery calls to add some rows into the table but these rows become ordinary table rows instead of datatable rows.
Can I reinitialize the table to become a datatable ?

When I try to do that after adding the rows I get a error message informing me that the datatable has already been initialized.
