Error of no database selected jsonp - invalid json

hello,
i have downloaded the datables script, and i put it on a local host server when i run server side example it gives me error of invalid Json , when i check the source as it mentioned here https://next.datatables.net/manual/tech-notes/1 it says : {"error":"An SQL error occurred: SQLSTATE[3D000]: Invalid catalog name: 1046 No database selected"} regarding that i haven't changed anything
what's wrong with the script? or what should i do? and thank you
