Always show selected number of rows?

Hello all!

I was wondering if it is possible to always display the same number of rows (the selected number of rows to be shown, in fact..) even if the page has less rows than that (ie the last page).

I really don't like the way that the table is changing its size when there are no rows returned after a query, or when the last page is selected, and i believe it will confuse users!

Bonus question: If the above is possible, can I somehow indicate that the "empty" rows are actually empty and not an error/bug?
