ColVis and complex header

When I used complex header and colvis:Show/hide columns only have column from 2rd tr and some from 1st tr if if tr have rowspan.It means only <tr rowspan="2"....> will existed in show/hide column.Any have advice for me?

Like this http://datatables.net/examples/advanced_init/complex_header.html.But in colvis show/hide columns only have : Name,Position,Salary,Office,Extn.Don't have 'HR Information' and 'Contact'.That I meaned.
