Show hide columns and TableTool ( pdf excel etc )

Hi Allan,

I am using Show-hide columns with TableTool ..

When i am hiding some column and taking its record in PDF format then ... other column heading is shown but with mixed one upon one .. means pdf record is not seen properly when we hide any column ,, where as in excel format my all record all seen even if i hide any column ....

using 1.10.2
