Hello, I would like to know how to edit the CSS of each rows in my editor ?
Well editing a form to match like this : http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/32/1407679067-custom.png
Is it possible? Because the default one is kinda ugly, and doesn't match with my website.
Thank you very much

Why don't you just edit the CSS file(s) provided in the Editor package? Or override them with CSS of your own?
Cause the fields are created automaticly, I don't know how the get their OWN css field by field.. :(
Each field is assigned a class name based on the name of the field, so you can target each field individually. The format is
DTE_Field_Name_{name}
. Equally each field also has a class name related to its field type (DTE_Field_Type_{type}
).The markup that Editor generates is documented in the Editor manual here: https://editor.datatables.net/manual/styling/dom . You might also find it useful to use the web inspector tools built into your browser to view the live DOM.
Allan
I did put div.DTE_Field_Name_{name} {
width:900px;
padding-top:80px;
}
div.DTE_Field_Type_{text} {
width:900px;
padding-top:80px;
}
in my css but none of both is working :(
Can you link to a test case showing the problem please? I presume you did change
{name}
to the field name (without the braces)?Allan
It works know, I forget to remove the braces.
Thank you very much Allan !
