Can tabletools export cvs from a table with thead using rowspan&colspan？

I use tabletools for exporting the cvs file ,but in my table's thead ,I use rowspan &colspan ,and the exported cvs file only have a row thead.code:http://paste.ubuntu.com/8008302/
