Generate query with changed limits on clicking each page using datatables

I want to generate query each time with limits changed; say, on clicking page 1 -> should have query with 0,10 limit; page 2 -> query with 10,10 limit and so on.

Can that be performed using data tables.

Have two more queries!!

Can i get an example, for deploying column filter in a data table; (using filter: true, able to add filter but on complete page load the filters are disappeared) .

Also need an example for exporting data table into csv, xls.
