Large tables

I have a large table (more than 20k records).

I would like to know how to handle this big data.

An example will be great.

Is possible load via ajax each time user change pagination? If yes, an example will be great.

I was able to do this.
I would like to know how to add predefined template for tbody.

I need to add more html tags into each column.
