adding a row at the top of table

does anyone has an idea how to add a row at the top of the table?

Ordering in DataTables is entirely based on sorting. So if you want to at a row to the top of the table, it must come first in the current sorting.

Another option, if it's not 'body' content you want to add, you can add a second TR row in THEAD with TD elements to give more information about a column.
