Table is displayed properly after closing web inspector. At first table is displayed like this

so I open the webinspector and right away I closed it, then the table is displayed like this
http://www.itassets.com.ar/planning/planning2.PNG
which is with the css column property width set.
Any idea of what is going on? - Both FF and Chrome observes the same behaviour.
