How to enable a checkbox collum in datatable when i moved to the next page in pagination?

Thanx for the stunning power packed UI provided for us.. Basically i have one checkbox collum in datatable and i need to select some of the rows for server side processing. when i move to the next page using pagination controls, i found that all the checkboxes are disabled by default..
even if when i am searching for particular row, results (column 1 : checkbox ) from the next pages are disabled.
How to eliminate this?
