I am a beginner to use datatables.jquery.
I am populating the datatable with Javascript, But, when I press F5 all records are lost.
Can you help me? I need to send the data to my server, but i can´t.

Can you link to the page, or show some code for what you are trying to do please? I don't really understand the issue at the moment (or rather, I do, but I have no idea how to suggest you resolve it, since I don't have enough information at the moment!).
