I want to increase the number of columns from the default of 5! 7 or 10 columns

DataTables does not have a default number of columns. What do you mean?

I tried columns rise up to 7 or 10! it was like

Likely there is a Javascript error occurring then. Usually this is due to the use of columns and it specifying a different number of columns from the HTML.
