Responsive datatable in html form

I have a responsive datatables inside a html form. So I want to edit/update that rows, but commit the changes only when submit the form. My problem is: how to get the row values to put in a modal dialog and update the row? Also when I send the form, if the rows are not expanded, how the hidden values will be caught by the server?

Im still no solution. How can I get the collapsed columns data to serialize them?
