FixedColumns - issue with paging and sorting

I am seeing an issue with width calculation of fixed columns using the latest FixedColumns. On the first draw everything looks good. But when I click on paging options or sorting on one of the non-fixed columns, things get messed up.

Try clicking on paging options going to Page 2, Page 3 and see the column headers. Also the third column is not completely visible, it goes behind the fixed columns table.
Am I missing any options here which can cause such issue?
