Its inline-editing a open source or do we need to buy a license to use it in the application.

If its not open-source, can you please provide links or exmaples for any inline-editing which can used in the datatables.

The Editor library, which has an inline editing mode, is commercial software, a license for which can be purchased on the site.

There is a 15 day free trial which you can use to experiment with the software and see if it suits your needs.

There are a number of inline editing example available on the site.
