Dom disorderness in bootstrap

I am having a table which is loaded form ajax datasoruce. I am also using bootstrap styling to it as explained here. I am using ajax source instead of static data. But the dom is getting distracted. Length option is going a little up and pagination is going a little down. But if I use static content it is working fine. Is is a problem with bootstrap files given for datatables?
