add text separation in the form.

I have a question forms the editor. I need to add a text of separation between a group of form fields.

I have seen it in the section:
http://editor.datatables.net/generator/index (no login)
button "Complete package"

Have a separation of the fields with texts:

"Already registered? Sign-in"

"Or create a Datatables account:"

How I can do that with the editor?
