How can we customize the location of the sorting arrow on the header of the datatable?

Hi,

I am new to Datatables. Is there any way we can customize the location of the sorting arrow in the datatable header?
By default it is located at the right side of the header. I am able to move it to complete left of the header or to the center.
But, I want it to be present just after the name of the Header. For example, if the header is "NAME", i want the sorting arrow to be present just after the letter "E".
Is there any way to achieve this?
